To provide the best support possible, Compu-Net utilizes the highest quality trouble ticket
system available. With this system, all techs are notified of each problem or question
entered via the Online Support form.
The information, notes, emails, etc, on each ticket is kept in a database so that all techs
are kept aware of the current status on any given ticket. Once closed, the ticket is kept in
history for future reference.
The Compu-Net Online Support form has fields for all the information our techs need to
quickly diagnose problems and answer questions.
